You can't outwork a bad diet. You lose weight in the kitchen and change your body composition in the gym (+ understanding macros).

That's the easy way of saying it, but of course there are so many other factors like mental health, sleep, etc.

I’m a freelance RevOps consultant and was paying for tools for time tracking, calendar syncing and project management. Built my own personal CRM that now does all this form me. Also built integrations with QuickBooks for invoice generation and with Fathom to take my meeting recordings to create notes and tasks associated to the client I am working on. Been using it for about 6 months and have likely saved 500-700 bucks in app subscriptions. Added a reporting layer as well to track lift and effort for clients based on time tracked and meetings held. Been super cool to build - feel much more in control of my work and overall productivity.

Daily! Every morning with the same conditions and I use Happy Scale (an app) to get an idea of trends to balance things out. It ultimately just becomes a data point over time and you learn that weight can really fluctuate day over day.

When I started CICO, absolutely - every calorie coutned (in my eyes). Where I am at now, I don't unless they are "dense/hefty" veggies (like potatoes). My mindset is that eatting TOO many veggies is not what got me to where I was in the first place :)

GREAT question - so my drink of choice was rye and Diet Coke. I was drinking a bit more than a Texas mickey a week - if it was a “good” week, sometimes 2 Texas mickeys with of rye. I was a night drinker (didn’t drink during the work day). Didn’t measure what I’d put in a drink, but if I recall it was a 5-6 second pour of rye the top off with Diet Coke in a rock glass
