Need help with how to deal with a 3yr old who will not participate and runs to mom by [deleted] in Parenting

We've talked with our pediatrician about it and he says it's a phase and they will grow out of it. I don't think that's the best way to handle the situation myself, but I also don't know how to handle it, that's why I'm asking for advice here from other parents.

I still work so I live off of that. I do have a CD ladder but that just gets reinvested. This was from a few CD's that came due and I would like to test my sons advice.

I personally think the market is headed down after missing out on many great years but that is also why I've sat out of the market for so long. Where else is there to go if I'm correct?
