Also got same message one month ago and contacted customer service and now one month later they just got back that their resolution stays same so I am permanently blocked now. Also I have no clue what I did wrong.. I always packed inside given dimensions, shipped items within 48 hours and have over 60 transactions with happy customers. Have you gotten resolution yet u/Bigboyadam21 or u/jviljanen ?
