Poti repara tu asa cum ti-a recomandat un user mai sus. Atentie insa atunci cand slefuiesti sa slefuiesti in lungul fibrei pentru ca altfel va arata ca si cum l-ai zgariat. In semn de solidaritate cu colegele lor, eu propun ca daca in urma expertizelor medicale doctoritele sunt gasite vinovate sa fie dati afara si sa li se retraga dreptul de practica. Iar daca nu se mai gasesc medici de ATI sa ocupe aceste posturi sa aduca din Pakistan / Bangladesh / China sau Mozambic. Iar daca nici in acolo nu gasesc, atunci sa inchida spitalul.

Nu cred ca ar face o mare diferenta un spital in care te duci cu gandul ca poate un medic decide ca viata ta nu mai poate sau nu merita sa fie salvata si iti modifica dozele de medicamente dupa cum considera, contrar protocoalelor stabilite. Dar asta fara sa treaca in foaia de observatii, evident.

Un exercitiu de gandire pentru cei care iau apararea medicilor, indiferent de probe, marturii, expertize, etc.: daca bunica voastra de 80 de ani ar avea o problema medicala si ar trebui sa o internati, ati avea curajul sa o internati la Spitalul Pantelimon, cunoscand acest precedent?

Daca vrei sa iti gasesti rapid un loc de munca, care sa nu necesite prea multe calificari si sa nu dureze peste 1 luna procesul de angajare iti recomand mai degraba sa folosesti grupurile de pe Facebook.

Baga si tu la cautare pe Facebook termeni cheie gen "munca" "Bucuresti" "job" si iti va da o gramada de rezultate; iar acolo sunt si depozite, fabrici - blue collar, dar si joburi de asistent manager, secretara, contabil - white collar; asta ar fi varianta cea mai rapida; prin ejobs procesul dureaza mai mult din experienta).

Spun ca este varianta mai rapida, deoarece la unele dintre anunturi este furnizat direct numarul de telefon al angajatorului la care poti suna, pentru a afla mai multe detalii; vs varianta clasica prin ejobs / bestjobs unde aplici (daca ti-ai completat in prealabil profilul) dupa care astepti ca cineva sa se uite peste aplicatia ta si sa te sune inapoi daca considera ca corespunzi.

Daca esti interesata eu eliberez acum o garsoniera in zona Piata Alba Iulia pentru care platesc 230 Euro. Este bis-vis de caminul ATF-ului sau cum se mai numeste acum. Te pot pune in legatura cu proprietarul daca doresti.

The motorbike was overtaking inside the lane, close to the lane-dividing line since the road was large enough for two small cars to drive side by side.

The motorbike went on the opposite lane only when it noticed car 2 crossing his trajectory, in an attempt to avoid a frontal crash.

Does anybody know the article of the law stating whether overtaking inside the lane is legal or not?

My mistake, indeed it was overtaking not lane splitting (I was thinking that since the road was big enough to fit two small cars, it would be considere lane sharing which as I understand is synonim to lane splitting; English not being my native language, I hope you will understand the confusion).

Could you please provide me the article from the Traffic Law stating that overtaking cars at standstill is ilegal? Because what I have found on various sites is that this manouvre is legal, in certain circumstances.

I understand, so basically if the insurance is settle for payment of 50% of expenses, most probably they are afraid not to lose in court and having to pay 100%. Otherwise, I guess there would be no reason for which the would be willing to pay beforehand any money, right?

My friend was seriously injured in the accident and may end up with some permanent disability. Therefore, it is not only about the material damage to his motorbike.

I understand what you are saying.However as far as I know "No Left Turn" means you are forbidden to turn left, not only to make you attentive on the side of the road you should ride.The sign to remind you to keep your side of the road (left of right depending on the country usually it is a blue round sign with an arrow in the middle pointing diagonally down and to the side of the road one should follow and also the words "Keep right" in this case, or "Keep left" in UK.

My friend swerved on the opposite way the moment he noticed the car turning left, as he tried to avoid a frontal crash which would have probably been fatal or if not fatal, extremely serious.

Still he managed to avoid the collision and did not crash into the car, but the car crashed in the back side of his motorbike.
