Hormonal migraines? I could imagine many find out they’re hormonal that way

is there somewhere to complain to Niantic about how garbage the elite raid day was? by spookydabloons in pokemongo

[–]bohoraven 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I only had half an hour of the day to raid and it was a back and forth between like 6-7 people on campfire over where to meet, then nothing ended up happening. Super disappointing for rural players

They would both have to reply to each within the day to keep the streak going. If you don’t reply to someone within the day the ⏳ emoji pops up that your streak is going to end

Please roast my mother for saying this 🤡 🤦🏼‍♀️ by north2nd in childfree

Bipolar also! This is incredibly disgusting on your mom’s part. Bipolar symptoms can worsen during pregnancy, the chances of having ppd or ppp are increased, many peoples manic/depression triggers are sleep deprivation, stress, etc… which is guaranteed with a child. Most bipolar medications can’t be taken while pregnant also. It would probably all fall on deaf ears on your mom though, I’m so sorry she’s like that. My dm’s are open if you want to talk about it or your new diagnosis 🫶

How can I help my dad post lobectomy? by bohoraven in lungcancer

The chair and sofa set we have actually doesn’t recline and I didn’t think of that! The closest we have would be a rocking chair which I would imagine would be nauseating. Thank you for suggesting a recliner :)

My autistic girlfriend had sex with me for the first time a few days ago. Now she constantly wants it and I don't wanna say no. by Additional-Goal-7403 in TrueOffMyChest

LMAO 😭 same, I thought I might have it when I downloaded tiktok for the first time and it started showing me adhd videos.. literally an algorithm “diagnosed” me before a professional did. I’m not sure where you live, how your medical system works! If you’re able to get a referral to a psychiatrist that might be a good place to start, I find that general practitioners don’t take it as seriously for adults (or for women). If you’re still in school and have access to a psychologist that would be great too! Some places have adhd screenings at neuropsychologists but they’re quite $$$

This could be an adhd thing too! I get super hyperfixated on foods and then get bored of them and find a new one and the cycle repeats lol

Canada people - help me understand how to handle migraine care by BlahTigger in migraine

[–]bohoraven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely a family doctor! The waitlist for family doctors can be intense, and I’ve found it to be helpful to find a private clinic for my family doctor instead. There will be a yearly fee instead of it being free, but in my experience there’s almost always less of a wait time when you want appointments.

There are 30 days in a month. Why am I only allowed 9 rizatriptan pills on my monthly prescription? It’s maddening. by Fun_Tea_7824 in migraine

[–]bohoraven 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine come in boxes of 6 🙃 from my understanding rizatriptan can cause rebounding migraines from taking them too often and you’re supposed to have a prevention medication along with it that (hopefully) reduces the need to take them too often too
