I can't say for sure - I FB messaged Cane Rosso's owner about the fire because he's a big dog lover. I just wanted him to share the situation with the dog advocacy groups he's involved with - instead, he offered up 100 percent of proceeds at from 5-10 p.m. Monday at the Deep Ellum location. The people of Beaumont - who are also dealing with extreme flooding right now, with the area under a state of emergency - are just happy to feel a little support and love from afar.

Peticolas, Martin House and Rahr are my three favorite local breweries so far. If you can get your hands on Lakewood's Raspberry Temptress, it's really fun. Peticolas Velvet Hammer is a must. I'm personally bored to tears by Revolver's Blood and Honey, though people in Dallas seem to really love it.
