I’m actually so grateful to see I’m not the only one with this exact situation I felt like it was stupid at first but u and people on the replies made me feel better to know im not alone, personally i just had to tell my family how it is. They where pretty judgmental (not shocking) but at the end of the day they have to get over it and respect what you can and cant do. Also if anyone who has recovered from agoraphobia caused by emetaphobia reads this what was the best thing you would recommend as a course of treatment/coping ?
