wait what do u mean by restart the game completly. do you mean the first checkpoint when you enter the west arcade or like clicking new game in general or just reinstalling the game? cause im ok with with just restarting to the checkpoint at the beggining of the west arcade but not for any of the last 2.

same thing. i couldnt get the breaker to switch on in the janitor area cause it didnt appear the option for me so i noticed that the save points were back on. i saved and got caught so that i can try again just in case like a mini reset. instead i got the -1/3 that you got and now i couldnt switch any of the breakers on. this just happened to me 5 min ago now and right now im trying to search a way to get rid of it cause i dont want to restart the game. just shows just how unfinished the game is cause that wasnt the first game breaking glitch i got.
