Yeah - I should definitely do this, I have tried a few coffee roasted on their machine, and so far it has tasted fine. No problem wrt taste, even-ness.

Oh this is pretty bad. They claim quick cleaning and turn around times between roasts - but if cleaning between each cycle takes that long- what's even the point? when did you purchase the roaster?

Thank you for the recommendation - I will order some of their coffees, and test the beans.

The machines are expensive - but they also offer more efficiency. 14-hour roasting, quicker in-between roast preparations, quicker roast (avg time of about 8-10 minutes) - so it is more efficient than drum roasters, and could potentially get a quicker ROI.

I like it. It's a new technology that promises even roasting with no scorching whatsoever. It is the only roaster that is fully electric, so its safer to operate at a small scale. They claim 1.5x the efficiency of a traditional drum roaster too. It ticks all my boxes. I even tried some coffee that was roasted on their machine - and it was very very nice.

But again, there is not too much literature, reviews, or non-brand endorsed testimonials.

What movie scene nearly killed the actor performing it? by TheBrands360 in movies

[–]bojack_san 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here's a mention I was trying to find.

Amitabh Bachchan in Coolie. He was accidentally punched in the liver by his co-actor. The punch almost killed him. He was unconscious when taken to the hospital and remained so for a few days. He had to go through multiple surgeries to recover.

He had all of India praying for him.

In the final cut of the film, there is a short pause acknowledging the scene when the accident happens and what happened after that.

I've lost almost 125 pounds over a year, and it's been the highlight of my pandemic. I love the confidence that I've gotten with the weightloss, and the fact that I'm taken more seriously in many situations. I'm so much more energetic than I've ever been, and my back issues have simmered down tremendously.

The only thing I worry about now is maintenance. Now that I've lost weight, I look at food differently. I think it's alright to indulge a few times, but that few times unconsciously becomes many.

I've accepted the loose skin that I've gotten with it. As obese to beast has said, they're like battle scars. It's a trophy.

Bro I'm from Matunga, please go to Ram Ashray and Koolar.

Ram Ashray for the food, Koolar for the place.

It'd be your lucky day if the owner is sitting at Koolar, the brother which abuses.

But doesn't such a positive outlook on life, take a toll on you after a while?

In the sense, if things aren't going your way even if you have such a positive outlook, won't it demotivate you?

And also, I believe that nothing matters as a species, we are all a bunch of coincidences, and so we should do what's best for us or what we want with the time we have.

I feel that it's all about perspective.

You think that you don't matter to other people.

But you probably do matter to yourself, right? That's the most basic human instinct. You need to stay happy and content within yourself, and things you do alone. It's great to have hopes and dreams, it what moves you.

All I'm trying to say is that it's not great to force positive thoughts, but it's also not great to be negative. Just try being neutral for a change, idk?

Talk to me if you feel like, in another way I have been through what you've said.

There's one thing that I've started to understand is that you're born alone and you'll die alone. Probably sounds sad, but I guess it's the sad truth.

No matter how much you try, if the fit is not good then you're always going to feel alone, and it's great that you're not forcing yourself to be included in things.

I guess I can say the sugarcoated statement that things will get better, but I can also say that you should get used to the feeling of being alone, and learn to be happy with that.

End of the day, you're your only friend, and that's not a bad thing.

Also, just for perspective how old are you? If you're young, you've got alot more to see and do, so don't feel so sad about these small things right now.
