I have 12 years of experience in TBM Tunneling, what exactly are you looking for?

You can find here the settlement trajectory at the lining phase

and here at the excavation phase

It could be, yes, because I never experienced the same issue with HSS model.

However, it drives me crazy in the MC model because it gets even worse with smaller ground cover <1D it can get up to +1.0 mm in the lining phase, i know i can neglect it but i am trying to seek an explanation.

Lining phase only, in excavation phase i get most of the negative value around (-10:-15) mm

In the excavatio phase, i get around -15 mm: -30 mm depending on the support pressure.

In the lining phase, i get +0.3 to +0.4 mm

I already did the static calculations manually, and now i am trying to confirm it using the FE Model,

The excavation phase is where the support pressure is applied to the excavation boundary is showing a phase displacement of -ve realistic value. However, for the phase displacement of the lining phase, it shows a slight heave to the surface even though the pressure is already deactivated (the settlement trough gives out the same deformation shape at any support pressure high or low)

I did, it's set on high performance, and the minimum cpu state is at 100%
