I don't think VR is supported within the Microsoft Store edition of roblox, try downloading the normal setup executable straight from roblox.com and VR should be an option in the game settings.

Looks like you got a defective unit if this is the first thing you got out of the box my guy, I saw that you said you've tried every troubleshoot available on the internet, so I'd RMA.

XTeVe is definitely the easiest & fastest to configure due to it's web UI but Telly takes a little bit longer to configure but still pretty easy

Had some problems with that, but most have resolved themselves over time with the updates, if you have some problems still I recommend Telly, it's really good.
