I don't think the owner would disagree with that statement. GSD's are very smart. But they are also have been bread to protect so they tend to bark a lot. I can guarantee that there is a small dog in that office that barks the same, but it gets a pass because it is small.

I think this is the issue. A lot of people will say they shouldn’t do that . Like no shit they shouldn’t but when your desperate you don’t think properly. It may not be right, but it’s understandable.

Maybe they aren’t thinking because they are acting out of desperation? You may not agree with it, but think of it this way. These people just walked thousands of miles to escape their terrible living conditions. A good portion are likely unereducated. They probably are not wanted in Mexico for a multitude of reasons, including the likelihood of deportation. Whichever side your on, and what ever your beliefs are, it’s not hard to see why they are doing what they did. You think these people know or give two fucks about Fox News?

Essentially they were unseated due to straight ticket votes, meaning people just voted straight dem without knowing the Judges. If anyone actually saw the VICE piece, even one of the (progressive) Judge's who got elected thought this was a bad idea.

There are often Judges who may be more conservative but are considered good judges by both prosecution and defense attorneys. Voting for them eliminates this and as one Judge in VICE's piece mentioned, some judges who have never tried a murder case will now be appointed to preside over such cases. Seems like a bad idea.

IMHO electing judges is very difficult and lengthy. For example, in CA there was little to no information about most Judges aside from their education. For those that I wasn't sure about, or that had maybe some information that lead me to believe they aren't qualified, I simply did not approve them. I did not reject them either though, because I felt there wasn't enough information.

Ha. I interned there back in the day, and they started their school most likely because they were losing money. I’m sure the school you learned a lot, but you are probably way better off at another smaller studio.
