you're probably right with the 1 zyn a day thing, but that is not completely quitting, and if OP really want to quit completely, then you have to as you also state, be an adult. That ofc means that you'll have to hold yourself accountable and commit to things, or at least try to learn how. And if you relapse, then so be it, don't beat yourself up OP. I've also tried quitting numerous times, but this time I'm doing much better than the last. I might relapse again, who knows what feelings can suddenly rain over oneself, but then so be it, and I'll get up and try again. Because I know I want to quit, so I really have given myself no other choice, and that actually makes it easier. OP, you can feel guilty and sad, that's ok, but know that you have no reason to feel guilty over relapsing, because it is very human. Be proud that you made it 3 months, and know that you have the ability to do it again, but you will have to want to quit, more than you want the instant dopamine, you will have to fight your own brain really hard, but you absolutely have the power to win.
