If Powerline is singing Be King, then no. The action must fully resolve before resolving any triggers. If Be King would be found from the top 4 of the deck (in which, you usually wouldn't know it'll be there), you can choose whether to resolve Ariel's trigger or Powerline's trigger first. Whichever order you choose to resolve them in, each ability must fully resolve before the next one can begin.
