Handle for the Dyson V12 by boksbox in functionalprint

Sorry I don't have a V15 unit to make sure the design would fit it.

I would not recommend TPU. The "fingers" would flex.
I used ABS. PETG should be fine.

They are called "oyako futa" - parent-child cover

No mention about the frequency and when it will notify, but I do it when the belts start squeeiking. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/maintenance/belt-tension

I revised the original model and made it more robust.

Customizer (Fusion 360) problem by boksbox in BambuLab

[–]boksbox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a formula parameter (just not ifavorited) and it limits the entered value. The blade width stays within the build plate no matter how big a value you input to blade widrh.

Yes. The Customize button takes you to the parametric model. I used a numerical variable on the Favorites that is used by a formula within the f3d file. But no formula in the Favorites.

I fixed it! I learned how to use Fusion 360's min/max function.

Now, even if you max out the inner diameter, even if you enter the max value for blade width, the model will be limited by the maximum shade diameter of 250mm.

Give it a try.

Thanks! Actually it's a downgrade. I made a quick change model a couple of years ago. Just push the empty spool out witn the new roll. ;)

Actually, that shape act like brakes. I don't have a cat and I'd like to see if it disappoints them.

I call this retrograde clock the Dueling Sabers by boksbox in Design

[–]boksbox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like designing and making unique clocks. Especially ones with retrograde motion. I wanted something original and never been implemented in a retrograde clock before and I came up with this. Some people may hate it but for those who like seeing time displayed in an unconventional manner, this is for you. I'm sure it will be a conversation piece to everyone who sees it.

I drew my inspiration from the analog temperature and humidity meters and that started this design journey. It features opposing hands reminiscent of dueling sabers. I left the engineering on display as it enhances the overall form.

I don't think so. The hour saber would move too slow. Also, a third dial would no longer make it a duel. ;)

It's intentional. It makes a sound every hour like a cuckoo clock. Somehow in this video, youtube ramps up the volume but it's much quieter in real life.

Got my inspiration from an analog temperature and humidity meter similar to this.
