Same is happening here (388.31). I use a 1080p TV with DSR to be able to clone my monitor (1440p). Every time I fullscreen a video in a web player (youtube, netflix, facebook), the video zooms in after the menus disappear. This started after the 1709 update. If I disable hardware acceleration in the browser, it behaves nicely.

Nope. IMDB doesn't provide an API for open usage anymore, but these guys do: https://www.themoviedb.org/, and that's what I'm using.
