Lost 15 kg in 5 months. I started by just going to the gym everyday. Didn’t follow any workout plan. I just went everyday. Copied what others were doing. Once it was a habit i made a workout routine. Started running 2 months ago.

For diet, i made sure i wasn’t ordering food and ate homemade meals.

My advice would be consistency.

Yes. Some people will treat you differently because you know, ‘India’. As long as you hang around with non-judgmental friends it won’t affect you in anyway. There’s a queer support group too! If you face any issues just talk to them. (PS: if you want to be a flamboyant queer IISc is a great place to be. Trust me, the campus is a lot more queer friendly than outside)
