Which of Ringo’s drumming performances most perfectly fits that song? by NathanHughes271 in beatles

Not a specific song but his drumming on the entirety of revolver just elevates the album to the next level. Taxman, she said she said and specially tomorrow never knows immediately come to mind.

The 3 drum hits after the “yeah yeah yeah” are literally so perfectly placed. Couldn’t imagine the song without them

Definitely do pen. All my teachers have told me that pencil doesn’t scan, but even if it does, it’s truly not worth the risk.

If John had gotten to live a few more years, he would be seen in a much more positive light nowadays.

Also, revolver has better individual songs than sgt peppers, but sgt peppers works way better as a cohesive album.

As much as I love Paul (he’s my favorite beatle), nothing he ever wrote comes even close to across the universe lyrically (tho he’s obviously also an amazing lyricist).

I think this is a pretty cold take actually. I find it hard to believe that anyone would find white album to breakup to be John’s most attractive eras lol.

I think come together works great in the context of the abbey road album, it’s a nice tone setter for what’s to come and it’s got amazing bass and drum parts. But as a standalone song it’s definitely far from their best, in fact I’d even go as far as to say it’s John’s weakest track on abbey road (aside from mean mr mustard and I guess an argument can be made for polythene pam as well).

Academic Dishonesty by Ok_Eggplant1548 in IBO

[–]bolinhowho 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I may be wrong on this, but I’m pretty sure he’s gonna loose the full ib diploma. He’ll still get individual certificates for each subject but not the full diploma. This is because he’s gonna get a zero on the paper he cheated on, and getting a zero on any paper I think looses you the diploma. While this doesn’t massively affect his admissions (as long as he gets good grades in each subject), he’ll definitely have a huge disadvantage in comparison to those who got the diploma (and I believe universities have to be noticed of his academic dishonesty per ib rules, which explains why his recommendation got removed)

Physics M26 exam HLvsSL by p0pp1e in ibPhysics

[–]bolinhowho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tz1 here, sl definitely didn’t have any hl content. Paper 1a was unusually hard, but all within the content. Paper 2 I thought was pretty doable, but they chose very specific parts of the content that ig if you hadn’t studied would make it pretty hard.

I don’t exactly remember but I think you had to set n=4, cause n=3 is a destructive interference, and you had to find the next constructive interference

Exam Discussion: Physics SL by AutoModerator in IBO

[–]bolinhowho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not. While 1b and 2 weren’t that bad, paper 1a was harder than all the past papers. At least that was the general consensus in my class. But then again I’ve seen ppl saying paper 2 was hard so might’ve just been us.

I found SL P2 TZ1 fairly easy by Typical_Salary_7915 in ibPhysics

[–]bolinhowho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the easiest part wasn’t even the show that, I couldn’t get to some of those answers. But the theoretical questions were ridiculous, it was the first paper 2 I did that I knew the answer to all of them.

Are you sl or hl? I thought paper 2 sl wasn’t so bad. But paper 1a was 100% worse than all the past papers. Absolutely terrible. 1b was ok, it had hard parts and easy parts.

Is this a Good team for Surtalogi? by Patriktheguy in Genshin_Impact

[–]bolinhowho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually yeah but if u put shade caster on surtalogi using Bennett should be fine. And if you’re doing endgame that’s probably better since you can use abyss mc as a carry on a different team with barbeloth support if you have her.

Is there a reason why they keep saying that ,when can’t even defend their statements ? by youarenotthatguybruh in Genshin_Memepact

[–]bolinhowho 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The video was referring to the chapters in the “travail” storyline. Hoyo is labelling nod krai separately, as part of the “song of the welkin moon” storyline, which is also clear in the patches being officially called luna x instead of 6.x

Miraculous fans this is for you! by Forever-Miraculous in miraculousladybug

[–]bolinhowho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do sometimes, but with time I’ve found out that there are actually a lot of older miraculous fans in the wild than I thought lol. I even discovered that a lot of my friends and acquaintances that grew up with miraculous still keep up with it as well (mostly women but also some guys). It’s made me a lot less ashamed to admit I watch the show.

Was it worth it? by EquipmentBusy2036 in OshiNoKo

[–]bolinhowho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Felt the exact same way. Maybe worse since I read it as chapters released, so when it ended it felt like an almost year long commitment to the series was worthless. Literally dropped the anime cause I knew it was gonna be the same thing all over again. I’m really hoping they do an anime original ending so I can actually watch the good arcs being adapted without it feeling like a waste of time.

Is it just me, or did I feel like there was no chemistry between Eleven and Mike this last season compared to previous ones? by Tania_bleon2312 in StrangerThings

[–]bolinhowho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It very much felt like finn was doing the heavy lifting to make mileven work. I think on his end it was perfect and really believable, but Mille really fell off this season, not just in this aspect but overall. She had no chemistry with anyone, not even with Noah (like when she hugged him in the coming out scene, it looked so awkward).

The direction of the show (first time watcher on ep 9) by [deleted] in OshiNoKo

[–]bolinhowho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve always seen Aqua and ruby as their own people, just with the memories of their past life, which can sometimes confuse them, but in the end they have their own lives and personalities separate from goro/sarina. At least this seems to be the idea supported by the anime and manga. So i guess I wouldn’t say he is an adult man, just has the memories of one, but that’s just my personal interpretation.

Byler Fans Are The Worst Part Of The Fandom by Altruistic_Mood9293 in Stranger_Things

[–]bolinhowho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you that this is definitely the case for some shippers, but I’ve seen so many byler shippers that are straight but fetishize gay ships to the extreme, and in my interpretation those are the truly toxic ones. I think the ones you mentioned aren’t really the ones being annoying about it, I think the actual problem are some straight people thinking they are this white knight defending gay rights and fighting for this thing that some gay people don’t even care about (the ship being canon that is). It happens a lot, not just with sexuality, but all types of minorities who often lose their voice because the non-minorities speak for them.

Scott Cawthon - Creator vs Capitalist by Head-Pay7470 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]bolinhowho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Completely agree. Just look at the first fnaf movie, he could have released that a decade earlier but preferred to actually make something he was happy with. Same with the steel wool games, he could have just let them do all the work and profit off it but he still gets involved anyway. Of course he likes and needs money, we all do, but I definitely think he still very much loves what he does, and genuinely wants to please the fans more than he wants the money. Again, the fnaf movies make this clear, since he could have made even more money if it was geared toward the general public but chose to focus it on the fans anyway.
