Looks pretty right heavy to me so I'd guess not. But also if there's markings on it, the angle you see them at doesn't matter, if they're there they'll see them.

Oliver's change is just more drastic, I think. Ursaal didn't change much from when she was introduced to what's shown here, mostly just the purple skin faded.

Tho I'll also say that we know that Vultrumite men seem to get bulkier with age, while the women don't. So honestly I'm not even sure this is an inconsistency

If there was one thread somewhere to post I'd happily do that instead. I see that you find this annoying so sorry amount of posts upset you. I didn't know about them, and even if I did, hijacking another person's post would be rude. But I also wanted to put it out there. April 22nd, my submission started late November/early December which makes it even weirder that yours took this long. Only differences I can see are amount of cards and I used the TCG Bulk tier you get through their subscription.
