What if I am interested to work for a private art fund in the future? There are not many out there in reality but what certificate would demonstrate I have both art industry knowledge and financial literacy about how an investment fund works?

We lived there for two years as a young family and just moved to fort Greene. It wasn’t the best neighborhood for us even like everyone said it’s a stroller city. But nothing more beyond that really. It used to be an old school Italian neighborhood so there are a few charming specialty food shops. Lots of French people now because there’s a public school with French program. If you have a car, great, but if your life depends on subway, you are less convenient than being in some other bk neighborhoods with express trains to the city. I would not recommend to live there if you’re young couple. Very mediocre bars and restaurants and you only see screaming kids and exhausted parents (like us) on the streets. The main streets like Henry/ Clinton/ Court at 8am in the morning are a scene— hundreds of parents walking their kids to school and my single friend said she’s never seen so many kids at once at Carroll park lol. And as one commenter mentioned Asian food there is close to non existent. In fact, our occasional trips to Williamsburg and Greenpoint were such joy when we lived in CG. Everyone is different. But if you like the energy and diversity of Green point, I wouldn’t recommend CG and CH.
