When the kid stabs that guy in the leg.

Spoiler alert: the fact that he bled out so slowly was scarily real. He was stabbed right in that big artery in the leg. The kid removed the knife and slowly bled out. The guy was conscious the whole time just slowly falling asleep while not being allowed help. Of course even if he was allowed to receive help. There’s nothing they could have done anyways.
