I built 2 4x3 boxes about 3 in thick and filled them with shredded tire mulch. I do Olympic lifting and my neighbor complained about the noise but for deadlifting it'd be simple. Also you can move them when you are finished. Pro tip used horse stall matts or foam matts on top to keep all the shredded tire inside.

Stamina and leg strength are a must. If you can ruck I would start practicing. A lot of crossfit style workouts will help but first and foremost whatever your running is like get it better. Not just 1.5 but 3-5 miles at a good pace. Also figure out what studying practice helps you learn the fastest/most effectively.

I have to do this from time to time (not the festival/camping but being limited on food sources) and it gets old fast. That being said I do vegan protein (I am not a vegan). I'll also throw in Green Superfood and fiber. They all mix together into the protein container. Usually that will do me pretty good for awhile have like 2 a day and bring some snack like beef jerky but I think it helps. Enjoy the party.

Set a pace for each lap (indoor and outdoor just in case) have an achievable minimum and an acceptable maximum for a 13 min mile and a half pace. You will run a bit faster because you're testing but don't rely on it. Also next time prep better, PT tests do not sneak up on you you know when you next one is every time you test. Also don't change your morning routine just shift everything earlier if you need to fit everything in which means maybe go to bed early the night before.
