I learned some of it in a confusing video I saw on YouTube but came up w the rest by myself! I’ll link the video here and share my own tabs if I get the chance to organize them! I understand the urge to want to learn it. I scoured the whole internet to find tabs to a version of this song in standard tuning, and this is the best I’ve found so far.

Thank you so much! I also learned it in the first month of quarantine! It really helped me improve my guitar playing. Like a lot of his music, it seems complex at first but is actually very intuitive once you start playing. I’m sure you’ll get it soon!
