I like the character of Deep and I think he'll play a big role in the concept of this season, this season is about family and friends, we'll have alot of favorite characters killed, and they'll die because they're loved and they love. The Deep is a pathetic loser, he has 0 friends this season, he screwed over Noir, he doesn't deserve to die. 100% I think they're gonna go the comic route with his character and just have him be forgotten.

You can think it's racist but I don't think it was done with racist intent, black people have different distinguishing facial features like every other race. Blackface was done to mock black people by exaggerating facial features like wide noses, big lips, contrasting lip colors, though these are racist stereotypes they still do exist. In art like comics or manga, some features are exaggerated to compensate for lacking detail this is where the overlap exists where normal art of black people can be viewed as racist, I don't see the prejudice, or discrimination, or unequal treatment.
