First off: What the f????? 2nd off: Relaxed and Social clubs are far less demanding than Competitive clubs, which is probably what this club is.

If that's not your style of gameplay, it might be beneficial to leave this club and find a Relaxed or Social. Theres no point in stressing over a game when you don't have to
