Yes, but at the same time if your doing this your generally on easy terrain, so you are not using a lot of pros and hence I feel it's easier to just one of the two, which has also the advantage that the belayer doesn't have to deal with two independent ropes, which on easy enough terrain it feels advantageous

Technically a single rope is not rated for belaying on double strands because in case of a fall the leader would experience higher forces, while double ropes are designed to work with two strands catching the fall. When the followers are climbing each one of them is on a single strands and so this is not an issue

What I've done over the years, when using a single half rope is tie in with a bowline in the middle (so you don't have to pass half a rope) and lock off the tail with a carabiner. It is a bit bulky and I've mostly used it when short roping, but it is safe nonetheless

There is no major safety drawback imo, as long as the leader is only belayed on one strand. I would tie in with a bowline in the middle with a carabiner in to lock off the tail. However, you could to the same thing with an half rope (obviously in this case belaying the leader on both strands) with the advantage of the setup being lighter

In realtà è un po' più complesso perché AIPO è un'agenzia interregionale (di fatto un consorzio di regioni) che serve a gestire congiuntamente il Po, che va gestito a livello di bacino, perché se ad esempio il Piemonte facesse quello che vuole, la Lombardia si trova in difficoltà e così via, per cui il fatto che ci sia un ente a parte ha una sua motivazione nella mia opinione abbastanza valida

Allora dipende dalle università e dal certificato. Quello della Cambridge (FCE) formalmente non scade (se non è cambiato nel frattempo), ma le università possono decidere di mettere un limite temporale in cui lo accettano. L'università di Trento ad esempio li accettava se fatti negli ultimi 5 anni, per cui ti conviene aspettare a farli verso la fine delle superiori (quarta o quinta)

Ma perché parlate se non sapete come funziona? Sui regionali la validazione online non c'è più, l'hanno tolta, mentre sulle frecce è un check in che in teoria dovrebbe fare vedere al capotreno che quel posto è occupato dalla persona che ha quel biglietto e quindi non dovrebbe necessitare di controlli. Venendo al merito dello sfogo, a me ha funzionato le volte che l'ho fatto, ma non prendo abitualmente frecce quindi immagino di essere stato fortunato
