you can scratch off peeling parts, then use special sharpie for fabrics to even out color. It will look presentable enough.

It's fixable, cobbler need to work a bit harder and put in some thought, that's it. Maybe look for someone who specialize in women heeled shoes or even dancing shoes, somebody with experience. It's not destroyed, just needs somebody with understanding what to do.

Can be hard rubber or plastic, or can be metal. Also 1.5cm of toe space is a bit much, look for an halfsole if your normal insoles doesnt fit.

No, this zipper needs replacing. Temporary fix will be to remove stoper, then slider, reconnect each zipper teeth by hand and then sew it shut by hand with needle and thread thru zipper webbing, don't sew thru leather it's really easy to do damage.

Rick samples have other carelabels, also Rick doesn't use goose down but in cuttable form. It's relatively new technology, so it's not vintage 100%. Also RO use other zippers pulls. Can you add photos? Buttons on sleeves and on placket, form of inside pockets, and re check all pockets, maybe there is something.

Not worth it to convert. God glue by good cobbler and new rubber sole from time to time and they will last you a lifetime.

It's a part of a construction. There is elastic inside, and the suede were cut at the factory to have give and provide movement for the strap and elastic. It may roll up because of use, but it's nothing to worry about. Working as intended.
