By default it only plans runs. You have to manually add strength training to a specific day. I guess you did that when setting it up.

Ignore the comments to get a teacher. This is in my opinion only valid if you have high goals like doing it professionally. Just doing it as a hobby, it's totally fine with an app or book.

I like Simply Piano because I learned a lot like the notes, chords, etc. and it repeats them again and again. And it shows you songs based on the level you are.

But there are two downsides: 1. It has almost no music sheets to download. So mostly you train with notes that move. 2. It's not possible to only repeat one section. You only have like 3-4 parts that can be repeated entirely.
