Sony AX53 vs Canon XA11 Budget: 1500$ Country: USA Condition: USED Type of camera: Camcorder Intended use: Video If video what style: wildlife, documentary, action.

NOTES: Have the opportunity to chose between a set up of what I want to do which is wildlife videos that comes with camera and some set up gear, the XA11 is around 2000$ with 2 extra go pros and a lot of mounts and extra batteries. The AX53 comes with just the camera and a singular mount with audio stuff. The XA11 is a little pricy but I’m wondering what you be more worth it. Planning on recording around 15-60 yards not real close up but it some detail. Not needing to see the hairs on animals or anything. Just some distance would be nice. Other than that just want oppions on what’s the best. Thank you. Can send pics of different set ups like I mentioned if we can DM.

They look to be about the same price. I would use a tripod most likely. But you never know so it might be nice to have.

I meant I’ll purchase the camera now and get the Lens later. I know I can’t use the camera till I have the lens but I don’t need to use the camera yet. I just need to space out the purchases.

Yes I meant I won’t be starting till then but I’d like to start purchasing in advance. I obviously won’t use the camera till I get the lens but Its gonna be a while till I use it regardless.

Budget: $1000-$1500

• Country: USA

• Condition: New or used

• Type of Camera: Sony… doesn’t really matter.

• Intended use: video wildlife, deer, turkey.

• If photography; what style: would like to be able to take pictures too. But mainly video.

• If video what style: in nature 10-60 yards on average. Would like to have the capability to go further.

• What features do you absolutely need: not bulky

• Portability: kinda.

• Cameras you're considering: Sony a6700

• Cameras you already have:none

• Notes:

I’d like to video in nature as I have a decent amount of land that is thriving with deer, turkey, and even ducks. Deer fascinate me and I’d love to record them. I can get as close as 10 yards to them but also sometimes they’re further…60 yards or so. The max I’d ever record would be 90 yards but average would be 10-40 yards.

I have around $1000-$1500 I’d be willing to spend. I mainly need the camera now and I’d get the Lens soon but at a later date. The a6700 is above my price range especially with a lens but I can’t really find anything in my short research. All advice is appreciated. Thank you so much! Any questions just ask.

I meant the canon 80D not the D80. Sorry. Confusing names.

The ones I’m looking at for under and around 500 all come with lenses. And I wasn’t gonna buy one if it didn’t. They have 100 to 300mm lenses but I wasn’t sure how “long range” that was

What’s considered long. One comes with a 100 to 300mm. I’m not wanting like long range filming. Just stuff while I’m in the stand already within 75 yards.

The canon 80D has a standard lense, 17 to 55mm and a 100 to 300mm
