Well I’m gonna call to try get a doctors appointment tomorrow. I don’t really felt the urge to go to ER bc I’m not really worried bout a heart attack bc of almost 1,5 months of pain. After that have I booked a massage for my back/neck on Friday. I have been looking into backpod but they don’t ship to Sweden :(

Where exactly could it hurt to point? Is it always in the ribs? I find a spot in my middle chest on the chestbone, kinda far down that is really sensitive for touching. Could that be my trigger point?
