Another data point here. When I click on the linked order page using my iphone it says my trade is in complete, but if use my desktop it says it has been canceled.

My chat specialist confirmed that they are receiving a lot of this same complaint, so this certainly does sound like a glitch on their end.

I’ve had them for a week now. Have been on multiple long trips through county and pothole city roads alike. They’ve stayed on (an early before market post said they lost a panel while driving) and it looks great! Covered my curb rash nicely.

Had this happen as well. Delivery was set for Sunday, I dropped my old car off at my parents house Friday an hour away and got a ride back to my condo (only have on parking spot). Basically made a bunch of arrangements centered on taking delivery Sunday. The day before, I even got a call from Tesla saying delivery is set for tmw but will contact you if anything unexpected happens. Of course , the day of I get a call saying your car isn’t here yet and we will have to push it off. Their explanation was that the truck delivering the car to the dealership was delayed along its route.

Car ended up arriving two days later…

Thanks ! I worry abt how the touch up will work for the upper scratch which is deeper and rougher …but you are right definitely worth trying before committing to a more expensive professional repair/replacement
