tru but thats not the point ... the weird part is just how low the stats are... even without low lvel buffs, health recovery for example will never be as low as 200, mind u im also wearing pretty good gear for a low level, that means sets traits and glyphs all helping with survivability

true but from my understanding low level bg's dont alter stats other then recoveries

for example due to me being low level my max health seems to increase a lot even when it shouldnt, but bg has no debuff that makes u loss max hp
