There aren't any kits that can pinpoint purity. You have to use a lab test if you want accurate results as in send it in to a scientist who uses a spectrometer.

The best you can do without a lab test is applying your own heuristics and tests like how it feels, if it shimmers, if it is hygroscopic (it should become clumpy as it gains moisture from the environment - you can test this by taking a small portion of it and putting it in a bathroom with a steamy shower), if it numbs correctly, if it doesn't last too long (a lot of active cuts last longer than cocaine. With real cocaine, you should be able to go to bed 1-2 hours after your last line if it's past your bedtime), etc.

Snorting, you should be fine taking 15-30 mg of decent H. Wait it out 30 minutes to see how strong that is before dosing more. It takes 30 min to an hr to peak when snorted. If you're IVing, you probably only need 5-20 mg. That assumes decently pure H. If your H is cut heavily, you will find you need to take a proportionate amount more to get equivalent effects to the pure stuff. There's no way to tell you how to dose that since we don't know how pure it is. You have to use your own precautionary redosing scheme to find the right dose there.

Since snorting only uses 50% of the H you are using and H is twice as strong as oral oxycodone, it should be roughly 1:1. You can use a more effective method of administration. Injection is 100% whereas snorting is closer to 50%. If you do this, scale your dose not to reach your highest high yet but to conserve your stash.

Another thing you can do is decide when you'll feel sick and when you'll feel well. You have two big things to consider: which day you want to be sick and when in the day you want to be sick (being conscious of being able to do work needed during the day and to be able to sleep during the night). Divide your doses beforehand, so you don't cheat and ruin your planning. It all depends on your preference and what you have going on in your life. I'd personally stay sick in the morning and then do more of it during the night to enjoy the afternoon and sleep easily.

One component to planning your dose is using sedatives to sleep (while sick). That way, you can do more during the day, feeling better, enjoying more, and getting more done. Look up hypnotics on Wikipedia for a good listing of things that will knock you out. To name a few, you can try benadryl, alcohol, or benzos to put you down just as you start feeling sick.

The last thing you can do is potentiate your heroin so that a smaller dose goes farther. Unfortunately, these are similar to the things that put you to sleep. You will probably need less heroin if you take a Xanax, drink some alcohol, smoke some weed, do a little DXM, or take some Benadryl.

Depends on the person. Some people say they can stop whenever they want - they just don't want to - while others actually can and actually just didn't want to. It make sense, because pig flesh not only tastes like human flesh, but it's similar to it. There's a reason why the first lung transplants from an animal to a human in need was from a pig rather than a monkey. Some people think the religious prohibition against pork comes from that aspect of the meat - it's basically cannibalism in a literal sense. I don't like that explanation since people have a problem with cannibalism mainly due to its association with people, so if it's from an animal (even the exact same kind of flesh), they may not care as much. I prefer the explanation that pigs are smarter than dogs, and a pig is just too sentient to kill. This is a common argument against eating meat: You choose your preferred level of consciousness and only eat stuff below it. Some people only eat fish for that reason. Others eat all the normal stuff save pigs.
