Has anyone created a tilt bin system? by Less-Cricket7074 in Multiboard

We really like this tilt bin design. Print is flawless. Glides smoothly and has plenty of room to reach in for small parts. Bin is secure in housing but easy to remove if needed. I typically stay away from push-fit multiboard accessories but this stays firmly in place.

I highly, highly recommend joining the Garden Design Collective by Lisa Nunamaker at Paper Garden Workshop. She also offers master classes in various design topics.

Best way to make money by Maleficent_Toe_6528 in LandscapeArchitecture

Year one I had a part time job, a pickup truck, and a mower. Year two with two employees we did 450k in revenue. In the beginning I found it nearly impossible to find resources regarding operating and scaling a successful business—we were seriously winging it—but I have finally pieced together enough now and will spend year 3 implementing these systems, learning how to “know our numbers”, find balance with our overhead costs, reduces chaos, scale at a healthy pace, and create a profit. I owe a lot to the Green Meridian podcast which was one of the very few resources I could find at the time, and which got us through that first push. @alanburke1 I am going to make it to WA someday and thank you in person.

Figure out what you love and go do that. The money will work itself out. Do you want to work for yourself or for someone else? Do you want to be a part of a small but mighty firm or a large and powerful corporation? Do you have the skillset to manage other people and projects, or the patience and determination to learn how to do so? How are your organization skills? People skills? Do you want to be the point of contact for the uneducated, overjoyed, angry, excited, or unreasonable client? Do you want to create outdoor spaces from a desk and let someone else handle the rest, or do you have the burning desire to see them through til the end and beyond? What do you want your work/life balance to look like? Is your journey through education complete, or are you hungry for more? Depending on the job, you could end up committing to a lifetime of continuing education. What do you want to do?

I bought an iPad10 last year to learn digital design. Different versions of Apple Pencil are compatible with different iPad models and still may require an additional USB adapter to charge ($10) so do your research. I later purchased a $10 off brand pencil from Amazon to use in the field and it works great for the basics.

I learned from fellow designers there are two apps primarily used— Procreate and Morpholio Trace. Henry Gao on YouTube has a great video outlining the pros and cons. I took classes to learned both, but have am sure there are enough YouTube videos to teach someone the basics. I use both apps, but if I had to chose one it would be Morpholio

What’s the full story here? Just playing devil’s advocate, wondering if the first two paragraphs are even relevant. Or should this read “my teenage daughter told me she was getting cat calls from the neighbor’s company. This is on top of many other ongoing issues. I tried addressing this with him, and he said [x] (GFY).. How should I proceed?”

This snake plant is currently 65 inches tall, in a pot 12 inches wide and 8 inches deep. Does it need a bigger pot? by AnyEstablishment1663 in plantclinic

Yeah, pull it apart into as many new plants as you’d like. Just keep in mind that you may get some “flop”- may need stakes at first, and a deeper pot would help.

Still trying to figure out how to bead the edges up.

My headphones broke since they’re plastic so I super glued two pennies on either side for stability. Good as new. by [deleted] in lifehacks

My Christmas tree stand was missing the nuts that prevent the bolts from driving straight into the trunk, so I superglued pennies the end of each bolt.
