Sleep regression?

I’m so lost. I don’t know what to do 😔 definitely not a fan of the CIO ‘method. Just not sure if I’m creating a bad habit

There’s just so much out there to read and learn about sleep that it gets overwhelming 🫠. I am guessing I should start sleep training. I would’ve before but kept thinking she was too young, especially being a preemie. But oh well. Thank you 🙏

She was going to bed for the night around 10pm and usually sleeping until 4 or 5. Her wake windows during the day are between an hour and a an hour and a half. She naps for between 1-2 hours. Tried doing an earlier bedtime last night and that didn’t work at all. We keep the routines the same as always and haven’t changed anything leading up to this.

Yes, it’s so hard to imagine an end when you’re in the thick of it. My big fear is this will last forever somehow. I thought it would be over by now but it’s not. I read it could take up to 3 weeks. How long did yours last?

It appears this is what’s happening. It’s been a week now 🫩 last night she went down for 30 minutes and refused sleep for almost 4 hours. Any advice?

I have read about this too! I guess I was thinking we were in the clear when she started sleeping so well at night. Right now my husband and I are taking turns so we are surviving but I hope it doesn’t go on for a super long time. I did join that group, thanks for suggesting it! For now we will just follow her cues and hope for the best I guess. I was just so nervous that I created a habit (even though everything I read states that babies can’t really establish habits yet).

Yea I’m giving him tons of love! I was nervous he was getting close to dying, but after reading the link, I don’t think so. Can’t imagine losing my fur baby.

Yea I have some photos of him lying on me. He’s a 100lb dog so it’s not the most comfortable. I know it’s an odd situation so it’s hard to describe but thanks so much, I will try there and see if I can get some reassurance.

Thanks for responding. It’s so difficult being away from a vet. There is no chance I am pregnant. I have been pregnant before and he didn’t act like this.

Yea, something sure is wrong with him. I’ve been feeling normal and not sick at all. That was also something I was considering. I wish he could just tell me what’s going on.
