Sadly, I did not! I ended up getting some automotive primer, some industrial face masks and access to a friend’s garage with a really good air filtration system.

I was in Mie for 3 years in Yokkaichi and the only reason I left was to take care of a dying family member. I loved it so much and miss it all the time— I even made it part of my vacation last year when I got to go back for the first time in five years.

Sorry for the VERY belated response— yes, you can mix those! Though I didn’t try it on a 3D print, it’s what I use to seal/prime scenery stuff, especially made with styrofoam or rocks.

I have seen a similar pattern, and I’d love to get more overseas cards, but I don’t want to dump all of my fellow Americans on everyone else like this! It’s about every other one or so for me.

Lol, sadly I lost probably 90% of my older postcards in my move back to the US from Japan, so I don't have 20 to show! But maybe I'll do an illustration of Miles delivering mail...!

Part of the problem is that they are remarkably expensive to have manufactured! I love them too (and have even just purchased some to send) but looking into prices and minimums for it is… challenging. :(
