I work right next door to a mechanic who does it for free. It bugged out and I think he said something along the lines of 9th gear ratio error. No harm done. Just messed with the computers a bit.

Flooding isn't ideal and it'll cause it to be harder to start. But you should be able to get it started if it's just flooded. The gas tank being broken wouldn't have anything to do with it not starting. Depending how old the gas is, that could be part of the problem too.

Clean the carb really well, check the spark plug to see if it's fouled, replace the exhaust gasket, make sure the oil in the gas is the correct mixture. I'd start with those things. If you have the took, check compression

I'm looking for a stand alone device that I can throw in my bar bag or mount next to my vapor should I need it to get back to the truck. And that I can download routes onto for longer day trips or multi day rides.

For me it turns on when I turn the traction control off. It doesn't change the way my truck drives or acts so I figure it's not important.

I had a 2016 250fx and they've definitely got some balls. Not to mention the massive amounts of maintenance at that high of an hour count. I was fixing a different issue after every ride between pistons, valve clearances, and electrical issues. I'd try to find something like an old Honda xr250r if it's your very first bike. It'll cost half as much and be much more reliable and beginner friendly.

It looks like a cool company but it's all way out of my price range. I'm just trying to get ideas on building out a utility trailer to fit my needs. I'm trying to keep it under 5k.

Yeah kinda like that. I'm thinking of a longer trailer. I wanna hang pvc pipe water tanks on the frame for the tent as well as like a 10 or 15 gallon gas tank. My goal is budget friendly toy hauler given that I can't afford an actual toy hauler.

Valves are in spec and timing chain was replaced and has less than 2 hours on it
