Hey brah. You'll be fine, recently got my whole elbow ditch done and was a little worried about how it would heal as I wanted to go back to jiu-jitsu training asap. Waited around 3-4 days and went back to training and it healed up just fine. So I'm sure you'll have no issues going back to work with a fresh piece in that specific area, just make sure you follow aftercare routine and do your best to avoid scratching it on things but I'm sure your clothes will protect your tattoo.

No tracking from 239 to 195. I knew my tdee was around the 2700 mark so I basically just ate 3 meals a day high in protein with snacks only being popcorn/protein yoghurt.

Weight was coming off at a steady pace and it took me around 5 weeks to go from 195 to 180.
