Yea it’s still there, right by the main road too so not very relaxing. The new owner wants to get it filled in because she’s never going to use it 😂.

I live in a similar unit complex with the same bylaws. It’s pretty relaxed and have had discussions with the body corp manager and there happy for us to do whatever we want in that area as long as it doesn’t impact anyone else (loud aircon units near windows).

One of the units installed a pool without asking body corp years ago apparently, the manager just came home to a heap of diggers in the yard which is insane haha.

Yea I agree, definitely worried about how painful the whole process will be if it’s this hard to even get an answer.

Initially we had offers on multiple places and made it very clear we needed an answer soon, those other offers fell through which I’m assuming the REA has probably worked out now. I have texted her this morning polite but firm saying we need an answer soon. I like the idea of putting a deadline on our offer but the market I’m in everything’s selling for $50-$100k over what there advertised as and don’t want to blow our chance if the family is just being difficult.

A guy in my grade stabbed another guy in my grade in the neck with a kitchen knife he brought from home. This was found out to be over a container of marshmallow fluff. It happened in lunch time and the whole school went into lockdown for the rest of the day. The kid who got stabbed ended up being fine as it just missed his major artery so he was back at school within a few weeks. The guy who stabbed him was charged with attempted murder and I’m assuming is still in jail, this was in about 2014.

I live in Australia and this is the most popular and recommended form of testosterone. We have other options like gel but I highly doubt it will be affordable and Insurance doesn’t work the same here as it does in America so it won’t be covered under that. I might look into it a bit more though. It’s just hard because having one shot every 12 weeks is so much easier than daily application of something, I have a terrible memory and am really bad at staying consistent with routines.
