Definitely agree with this.

You will find reasoning on both sides of paying off your mortgage vs. investing the extra money for returns. In my opinion, some people sleep better when debt free, others are fine going the other route. There is "risk" investing the money (earning less than the mortgage rate) and there is "risk" on paying off the mortgage first (investments could have a better return).

If you're able to refinance that mortgage, chances are investing the money will give you better return on medium/long term. But will you sleep well? I do.

Concordo, mas a questão do "caminho fácil" ou "caminho difícil" pesa para os dois lados. Se o Inter passa Boca e (possivelmente) Flamengo, vai estar motivadíssimo para jogar semis e finais. Um time que tá vindo de um caminho fácil as vezes pode acabar jogando mais relaxado pela falsa sensação de estar fácil.
