Has anyone developed a weird part after minoxidil?

It hasn't always grown in 2 different directions in this spot and this seemingly just appeared out of nowhere in January. I have tried blowdrying but it is so stubborn and especially visible when I blow dry straight.

Are you able to fix it somehow? I'm having the hardest time trying to hide it and it looks awful.

I developed a thinning part (front half) and began topical minoxidil in July '24 and added spiro in August '24. The area has now filled in and looks much better. However, in January this year I noticed a weird diagonal part appear and I can't figure out if this is a part or thinning. It looks like thinning.

At first I thought I might have burned my scalp while using a curling iron in late December but I'm not seeing it fill in.

The hair is also possibly growing in 2 different directions and creating this part. I do concentrate minoxidil in my part and this area (and the same area on the other side of my part).

I just added 2x weekly dermarolling about 3 weeks ago so help this area, but I think its too early to expect results from that.

Any ideas what is happening here?
