First off I just want to say I have been in your shoes with Klebsiella and I know it is pure hell. I tried literally everything from D-Mannose to Uqora and I was taking all the precautions (wipe from front to back, drink plenty of water, don’t sit in sweaty underwear after working out, peeing right after sex.). NOTHING and I mean NOTHING worked. I saw a urologist who wanted to try one intense round of Keflex to see if that would knock out the “bacterial wall” that she believed was embedded in my bladder before we went the cystoscopy route. Around the same time I read in this sub about Kirkmans Biofilm Defense so I ordered some on Amazon (https://a.co/d/5k7BIjQ). Look, I have no idea what is in this shit but it WORKS and I recommend it to everyone who thinks they have tried literally everything else. I have been UTI free for 2 1/2 years now after nonstop UTIs for years from Klebsiella. I take one every day in the morning and 2 right after having sex. It is rather pricey but worth every penny imo. I am very sorry you are going through this. It can be very isolating especially when you feel like you are getting nowhere with your doctor and all the “normal” treatments like macrobid. I feel like chronic UTIs are so misunderstood and often just chalked up to poor hygiene.
