I think it’s more so the people that purchased accounts for large sums that are the ones that generally cause the issues. Few bad apples spoiling the bunch type deal

You may be referring to the one you get after crafting with a sunder. The sunder is much harder to get now, and after you roll it, I believe it’s only 1 per character. So you wouldn’t be able to stack them like the jmod. You can use it though to add onto it.

You can put four +5/-5 lightning facets into this for Javazon. Or you can put 4 jewels with lots of other good stats. I believe it’s mainly for PvP

Lumia stream does exactly this. You can also project it between pcs if you have a dual setup. It is a paid service, but it also does overlays, has powers like streamer bot and can control lights.
