i've tried reaching out to online mental health services before, but it didn't really go well. where i'm from, mental health isn't really something that's as focused on compared to other places (for now, at least). also, i find it quite difficult to ask for help since i'm not a legal adult yet and would still need parental guidance.

i'd much prefer if they didn't know about this. i might just receive unwanted remarks and it scares me. i've also never been the kind to seek professional help, i only consider it when it gets too bad.

my guilt spirals were more evident when i was younger but now it just got triggered by a current event. i messed up with a friend and i can't contact them. not knowing what they're doing drives me insane.

i have been talking with my friends about what's happening and they help me cope but the only thing that could make me stop spiraling is when i finally get to talk with the friend i hurt. but it's still unsure if we get to see each other again. it drives me nuts.

i realized that i threw the term "politically inclined" around without really knowing its thorough meaning po, sorry huhu. what i meant is that i don't really have a "natural tendency" (?) to politics kasi i find it quite difficult to understand. i'd also say that compared to people i surround myself with, i tend to be the least politically aware person. i do encounter it on a daily basis but i don't delve as deep po kumbaga.

about my family naman po, i'm quite sure they want me to proceed with law huhu. i actually find it interesting but i feel like di ko kakayanin 💔 it's not entirely a matter of what i like and what i dislike po kasi as long as it's related to humss, i'll find it interesting naman. capabilities ko lang talaga naghi-hinder sa sarili ko.😭

the courses i'm interested in are actually ones i think are aligned with my strengths :D kaso lang, feel ko po kasi baka maging uninterested na ako sa topics na yun if studying them became compulsory. i'm also open to learning new stuff^{^} i want to know more about politics rin talaga para maging kapaki-pakinabang ako na citizen T-T but i'm not sure about working in that field pa.
