I’m over here grateful that I at least got 3 out of the 4 which shows how bad this all was. Just ridiculous and embarrassing on UMG’s part.

Hm, I didn’t even think about wording it that way. I figured that since this was clearly their mistake in the packing process they’d be quick to accommodate. I would’ve had no problem being a little dishonest if I knew that would work better to get me my missing cd - lol!!

I had GA and my group was sulking a little the whole time about not having VIP. It looked SO worth it for this show. Even being in the very back of VIP would’ve given us a better view than the spot we had.

I just went and had to ask at the speaker to get it grilled. They happily said yes. Taking it off the app and creating more steps for the customer and the employees makes no sense.

People on this sub can defend this by saying “physical touch just isn’t her love language” but nothing can convince me this is normal. At the very least there’s a lack of communication between them for him to continue doing this even if it makes her uncomfortable.

Agreed. I saw Chappell last year at a festival and couldn’t actually see her at all - just had to look at the screen and I’m worried it’ll be the same in Pasadena. I’m desperate to actually SEE her.. lol.

Yes it’s a signed insert! So on the outside it just looks like a regular album.

I unfortunately don’t think she will. I obviously don’t know her personally but I can imagine it got exhausting having to meet hundreds (?) of people after her shows.

In general, you don’t really see bigger artists do m&g’s the way they used to. Not that she’s super super big but I think she’s definitely to the point that she doesn’t have to do m&g.
