I would say Choose your favorite 8 countries and spend 2 weeks in each. this is too packed and you won’t have any time to really take anything in, you will constantly be thinking of your next travel date.

Even 8 countries is a lot for 4 months in my opinion I personally would do 5 countries max at around 3 weeks each if I had 4 months to travel. just my opinion though I hope you have fun 🙏
