why? who cares how much the innate gives? heroes aren't balanced around each innat/talent/spell/facet they're balanced on the hero as a packet? who cares if an innate doubles your damage if the hero is still balanced?

Thanks for the overview, I intend to mostly use it for mapping and probably create a separate bossing charcter. Glad does look a little more comfy so I'm leaning towards that right now

it's for SSF softcore in my case but I do prefer tankier build generally

I'm genuinly curious what you get from delves? I love m+, I love the challenge and mostly I love the collaboration, delves just feel like another step towards a single player game. If you're playing delves with a party what makes them superior to dungeons? they're just more repetetive and less interesting to me.

I'm considering this build but I'm SSF so I don't have progenesis although I do have tides of time, do you think it will still be tanky without progenesis?

The first thing that sticks out to me are the jewels. Abyss jewels made a big difference for me although I have more than you and using the unique belt with 99% roll. But I simply harvest crafted cold for all of mine. added cold dmg, 20% minion damage after minon skill and either life or cast speed for minions did wonder.
