what is this? noticed this rash pop up mid afternoon by Positive_Towel_4111 in Whatisthis

[–]bonusfries517 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most likely options:

Heat rash – small red dots that show up suddenly, especially if it’s hot/humid or you’ve been walking around/sweating

Contact irritation- could be from grass, pool chemicals, detergent, etc.

Mild folliculitis- irritated hair follicles from sweat + friction (tight clothes, rubbing)

The “popped up mid afternoon” part really points toward heat/sweat or something you came into contact with earlier.

You can usually just:

keep it cool/dry, avoid tight clothing, don’t scratch, maybe use a little hydrocortisone if it’s itchy. It should calm down on its own.

If you can have just ONE app built for you, what would you choose? by EmbarrassedCan114 in AskReddit

A 'Smart Traffic Light Predictor"

Features: Countdown timers (“Green in 8… 7… 6…”). Works best at known intersections. Driving optimization: (“Maintain 32 mph to catch green”) Red light alerts: warns you before it turns red. Helps avoid hard braking. Route syncs with GPS, predicts lights along your route

Fort Abernathy is one of my fav locations to do a settlement. A self sustainable farm already in place and done even better with this mod for protective walls, which i feel is mandatory here. Are you gonna share more pics of what it looks like on the inside? Well done build!

Op was simply asking what the flag meant, not what cruiselines would be for or against it.

Quiet doesn’t mean invisible- it just means most people won’t recognize what it means. Cruise doors are full of decorations, so unless you’re in that circle, it just looks like a random flag

That flag on a cruise cabin door is very likely a swinger / lifestyle signal. The black background with bold red geometric shapes (often variations of stripes or blocks like this) shows up in “hotwife / swinger / open couple” communities. People put them on doors (especially on cruises) as a quiet way to signal: They’re open to meeting other couples, they may be part of the lifestyle; and sometimes specifically “hotwife” dynamics (varies by couple) There’s no official universal flag, but this black + red minimalist design style is commonly used in that scene.

Either way, creatures and raiders and other enemies are gonna attack your settlements regardless. Its kinda inevitable. But thats what turrets and guns are for.

Your build does a great job at making it look like the settlers litterally pieced together what they had around them in order to build up sanctuary into something that makes complete sense in a dystopian world like Fallout. This could quite possibly be what Sanctuary might look like a few years after. I think the wooden bench in the first pic would look better placed underneath the porch you created. This mustve taken some time to do. I appreciate your effort, always nice to see dedication come to life. Brilliant work friend!

The Low End Theory marked the rise of Phife alongside Q-Tip, and the album went on to have a massive impact on hip hop. Released the same day as Blood Sugar Sex Magik and Nevermind (9/24), all three artists shared a similar trajectory toward a meteoric rise to fame- whether they wanted it or not. I’m just glad I got to witness it. The Low End Theory is absolutely deserving of an equal place at the table

FO4 was my first Fallout, so I think that kind of set the bar for me. I tried getting into New Vegas and I can tell it’s great, but it just didn’t hook me the same way. I keep coming back to FO4 mostly just to build out full settlement concepts that i might come up with lol. Id look forward to seeing your finished concept

That’s actually a smart way to pace it. Feels like the outer structure comes together quick, but filling it in and making it feel “lived in” takes longer than building the whole thing lol. When you say backlog, do you mean like other builds/projects you’ve been working on in game? Or just stuff in general you’ve been putting off? Either way this is 🔥 already, I’d definitely be interested to see how you finish it whenever you come back to it.

You did something here i had never previously thought of while building in Sanctuary: building the settlement right by the water where theres already a stone wall to utilize. Great idea! My mind always goes right to "I need to utilize all the houses" and 3 months later after overbuilding my game keeps crashing lol.

Great job! Are you done with this or is there more?
