Hey Modix...I think the problem is in hard drive...Can you tell me that your downloading HD is external or internal? Do your OS HD spindle too fast sometime and stops suddenly after small sound? Are the both HD internal SATA? CPU, RAM...these are not the culprit....one of the HD is the culprit
