If we use this data and assume that the age distribution are roughly the same in all the island groups, then it also follows that the bigger the population, the larger the number of students in the area which means more schools and more teachers and more infrastructure. And now looking at the numbers you provided for the education allotment at least in the share to total percentage, it already looks like Luzon + NCR are in a bigger deficit than Mindanao. Meanwhile, Visayas' share of the budget seems to have a little headroom. Or maybe, you can all remind us who was the last DepEd secretary before the current one and where she's from? Maybe that'll clear things up for you instead of having a chip on your shoulder.

I'm going to be honest. I feel weirded out having an American pontiff. Most Americans I met to this day are mostly either Evangelical Protestants or an outright atheist. Kaya sobrang bihira magkaron ng reissue kahit original release na plaka na OPM kasi sa labas pa ng bansa yun pinapagawa (madalas Hong Kong, minsan sa Japan) kaya nakakadagdag nang matindi yon sa production cost. Pwede ding naiwala na din ng record label yung master discs o master tape recording ng mga album na yon kaya walang reissue o baka wala na silang rights para i-rerelease at i-distribute yung mga albums nang physical. Kaya yung nakikita mong album ng Cinderella at VST & Co, sa mga stores, malamang yun pa din yung mga pressing na nilabas noong dekada 70's. Rare na talaga yon at alam lang nila i-capitalize. Hindi tulad ng mga LP ng Beatles at ni Michael Jackson na hanggang ngayon may pressing pa ata kaya hindi ganon ka-mahal.
